메카매치(MechaMatch) 계정 및 개인정보 삭제 요청

게임을 다시 설치하거나 로그인하지 않아도 이 페이지에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 게임을 이용 중이라면 설정 → 개인정보 · 계정 삭제 → 계정 및 개인정보 삭제 요청에서도 요청 메일을 작성할 수 있습니다.
요청 방법
- 아래 칸에 알고 있는 계정 식별번호나 닉네임을 적어 요청 메일을 만듭니다. 모르는 정보는 비워 두고, 마지막으로 이용한 시기 등 계정을 찾는 데 도움이 되는 내용을 메일에 적어 주세요.
- 메일 앱이나 웹메일에서 내용을 확인하고 직접 보내 주세요. 이 페이지는 요청을 자동으로 전송하지 않습니다.
- 운영자가 계정 소유 여부를 확인합니다. 본인 확인 전에는 계정을 삭제하지 않습니다.
- 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 삭제를 마치고 결과를 메일로 회신합니다.
삭제되는 정보
- 게임 계정과 로그인 정보(게스트 인증, Google 계정 연동 정보), 닉네임
- 서버에 저장된 진행과 보유 데이터(파츠, 모듈, 탐험과 보스와 레이드 기록, 구매한 상품의 보유 상태)
- 랭킹 점수, 등록 편대, 대전 기록
- 운영 통계 기록(가입 시각, 앱 버전, 기기 언어, 접속 시각)
보관되는 정보와 기간
- 결제와 상품 공급 기록, 계약과 청약철회 기록: 5년 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)
- 구매 관련 불만과 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년 (같은 법)
- 서비스 접속 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
- 삭제 요청 메일과 처리 결과: 처리 완료 후 1년
보관하는 정보는 위 목적 외에는 쓰지 않으며 기간이 지나면 파기합니다. 광고 SDK가 수집한 정보는 Unity의 방침에 따라 처리되며, 휴대전화 설정의 광고 메뉴에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.
주의사항
삭제한 진행 정보와 구매한 상품의 보유 상태는 복구할 수 없습니다. 구매 환불은 별도 절차이며 계정 삭제만으로 환불되지 않습니다. 기기에 남은 데이터는 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 저장공간을 지우면 제거됩니다.
비밀번호, 인증 토큰, 신분증 사본, 카드번호를 보내지 마세요. 닉네임만으로 본인이라고 판단하지 않으며, 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 요청합니다.

입력한 내용은 이 페이지 안에서 요청 문구를 만드는 데만 쓰며, 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않고 분석 도구도 쓰지 않습니다.
Request deletion of your MechaMatch account

- Choose English above, enter your account identifier or nickname if you know it, or describe when you last played.
- Send the prepared email yourself from your email app, or copy it into webmail. This page does not submit requests automatically.
- We verify that you own the account before deleting anything.
- We complete the deletion within 10 days of receiving your request and reply with the result.
Deleted: your game account and login data (guest credentials and Google linking), nickname, server-saved progress and inventory, owned purchases, ranking scores, registered squads, battle records and usage statistics (sign-up time, app version, device language and access times).
Retained: payment, delivery, contract and withdrawal records for 5 years and complaint and dispute records for 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), access logs for 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act), and your deletion request email and our reply for 1 year after completion. Information collected by the advertising SDKs is handled under Unity's privacy policy; you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your phone's ad settings.
Deleted progress and purchases cannot be recovered, and deleting an account does not refund purchases. Local data is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its storage. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, identity documents or card numbers.
